The Process

  1. Hop on a call or send an email inquiry and schedule a tour with us! Cabins available if not booked.

  2. Chose your package! Our spaces randomly go like hot cakes and at all times of the day and night. We block dates with 50% payment. 24 hours before arrival, full payment and door codes will be exchanged.

  3. Once a booked Hidden Hill Bride, you will receive a Once Upon a Booking Vendor Book! This has locally owned and curated goodies and options just for you! Reach out to me or them to setup info.

  4. Each Bride has an option for 20 chairs of ours, 4 tables, black table coverings and battery operated candles AND the twinkle lit bridal path if you so chose to use. HOWEVER, there are no penalties to not using "our stuff." You are welcomed and encouraged to bring in anything to make this space all yours. 

  5. No cork fees, outside food fees, etc. None of that. Your wedding = Your Hill!

Laura will be available throughout your process and able to assist with any and all things. If you see something that is within reach, let us know! This includes and is not limited to, The Dirty Dancing Space, Chicken flower girls and historic outhouse selfies. We encourage you to share your ideas with us so we can help all of your dreams come true!
